Intenté Olvidarte / J'ai Essayé de t'Oublier

This is a bilingual illustrated project, made with poems originally written in Spanish by Saray Figuereo, and later translated into French. The project was realised as a final thesis on an illustration bachelor’s degree.

The world explores the internal and external development of Ciguapa, the main character, where the background becomes its own character, interacting with Ciguapa’s changes.

Synopsis:
A self-discovery trip to transform the exterior while coming to terms with the interior. Ciguapa has lived all her life in the same room, a room that represents their self-image. The changes they experiment with come without warning.
